the early bird gets the... blog post. addison and i passed a house this evening that was lit up for christmas!  you quickly pointed out its striking resemblance of a gingerbread man house.  my guess is you've been watching too much shrek.  we haven't made gingerbread cookies or a house since last holiday season.  although, you do have quite the memory and never cease to amaze momma and daddy with your detailed recollection of events!

y'alls wish lists are ready to be mailed to santa.  momma's tummy is rumbling just thinking about nana's cornbread dressing on thanksgiving.  and it's finally cool enough to light the fireplace.  the holidays are officially here!
